This is organised by Caerwent Evangelical Baptist Chapel. The holiday club is held once a year during the summer school holidays. It is held in Caerwent village hall. Children from the ages of
The club has been running for eleven years and has been well supported during this time. The aim is to teach the children about the Bible and the Lord Jesus. The week is based on a theme from the Bible, and a video, songs and games are taken from this. The theme is changed every year.
The children are divided into two teams for the week, and compete with each other in various activities - games, quizzes and crafts. These take place indoors and outdoors
On Friday evening there is prize-giving at the Baptist Chapel, followed by food (sausage sizzle.) All parents and relatives are warmly invited.
We regret we are unable to take younger children unless accompanied by an adult for the whole session.
There is no charge for the Holiday Club.
Drinks and snacks will be provided daily.
It is advised that if weather is warm and sunny, children should have sun protection cream applied before arriving. A suitable hat is also advised.
